Why do I keep receiving old texts?

I bought a Lumia 950 from the AT&T store the day they were released. I've had the problem of receiving two texts from Nov. 20, 2015 over and over again. Sometimes three or four times a day, sometimes ten or more times,. I delete them, they come back. I've looked all over the web trying to find a solution to no avail. I recently had the sim card replaced and did a "hard" reset. Still didn't fix the problem. Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this and does anyone have a solution?

Check date time and time zone settings.

Believe it or not I've had this too.... Cleared out my messages and like 4 of them came back. No idea how. Still haven't figured it out
