Ok so on my nokia lumia 1020 my camera just keeps opening...i dont have to touch it and BAM its open. It does not matter what im doing (i even watched my phone unlock itself to open the camera) i dont know why its contently doing this, there is nothing around the button to be causing this. My parnter who go the same phone at the same time is also experiencing this. Has anyone had the same issue or know of any way to fix this?

Make sure the hardware camera button isn't the culprit... I have a tendency to brush that button on my 1520 when handling it.
Settings > applications > photos + camera > examine the settings and adjust > also reset camera.
You may also benefit from a Soft Reset. Hold the Volume Down + Power buttons until the phone vibrates and reboots (about 10 seconds). You won't lose data, just reboot with a cleaned out RAM.
