Microsoft Band thinks I'm awake when I'm not

Hi. I've had my Microsoft Band for awhile now, and have had this problem since I got it. I set my Microsoft Band to sleep mode, and head to bed. During the night, I don't wake up at all. In the morning, I look on my Band and app, and it says I woke up a lot during the night. These numbers are anywhere from 8 times a night to 22 times a night. I've contacted Microsoft about this issue, and have done numerous soft resets and band replacements. Yet, I have the same result. I've tried wearing my band every way possible, left and right arms, screen facing up and down. I've also tried automatic sleep detection with the same results. I don't know if I'm just active (moving) when sleeping, or I need to change some settings. Thanks in advance for any help.

Whether you realize it or not, the band doesn't lie. If it says you woke up, then you moved around during that time. It doesn't tell you when you're conscious, just when you're not sleeping.
