why doea my music stop playing sometimes on my lumia 950xl using the groove music app

I'll be working and listening to music and all of a sudden the music stops playing and I have to go to the app and press the play button, any fix to this?

different phone Microsoft Lumia xl 640 lte same problem and no I do not use Bluetooth headphones my phone is in my pocket with the screen locked and a wired pair of headphones
