why does my nokia lumia 520 keep saying that my undownloaded music is pending?

so i recently factory reseted my nokia and placed a new sd card on it. everything was going smooth until i started downloading music. i can't download music because it says pending and i don't have any downloads made.

Might have to check if your MS account isn't having any issues with syncing (settings > email+accounts). Check if date/time/region are set correctly.

Since you said that you have recently done a hard reset, the phone might still be busy downloading other apps that were already on the phone

Soft reset and let it sit overnight..
