Phone automatically gets silent after call

Dear Team,

I am using Lumia 640 dual sim and i updated to windows 10 using upgrade advisor.But now after i attend a call my phone getting automatically silent . Anyone please help.OS BUILD 10.0.10586.420 it is latest update..Please help me

just to be sure, check for updates for apps in store
Also, try a soft reset and then check if the behaviour remains

I'm having same problem and I'm using 640XL too.
Tried soft reset, hard reset and even updated in to .420 update. issue remains.
Please some one help us rly:
