my screen keeps on blinking , a shadow of the icons keeps on coming and going

i just purchased a new lumina 640 lte 5 days ago,everything was going well till i woke up in the morning and ,i tried to restart and removed the battery and also i did a factory reset , but unfortunately this didn't solve the issue .... can u help plz ...thanks

Hi, I just hope its not the lcd issue. By the way, since you just purchased it, I think, it is still under warranty? Perhaps, you could have it check with the store or have them replace your phone if possible.
