why does my screen say working on it for hours for the windows 10 upgrade

I followed all the direction but all my screen says is working on it for the windows 10 upgrade. whats wrong

Sometimes it can take a while. Just let it be and see how it goes. Not all systems will have the same install speed.

Can't really say how long mine took cause I fell asleep during installation and woke up when the upgrade was done but just let it run it course. There's probably nothing wrong.

I started mine yesterday evening, went to bed, now this morning 14 hours later it still says "Working on it".

Same with me. More than 10 hours and still saying " working on it". It didn't even show the expected agreement to accept before starting.
