I thought I had this solved some time back but it has popped up again. At times, when the surface comes out of hibernation, the wifi option is missing entirely. You check the quick actions and it's not there as if there's no wifi hardware. A restart solves the issue.
It happens less frequently than it used to, perhaps 1 out of 20 times now
Any ideas to solve it once and for all?
