Why does my windows 10 has missing icons and thumbnails?

When i'm browsing to windows explorer, icons are missing and thumbnails are no showing. Just the filename. I need some help.

can you check in settings >update that you have the latest update?
And did the problem start recently or just after you updated to windows 10?
