why does my windows 10 mobile not install, have tried many many times?

hi guys
i have a Lumia 930
i was on windows 10 mobiel build 10080, and when the build 10136 cam eout, i had to downgrade to windows 8.1 through WP recovery tool and did so perfect, and ever since then, no matter what i have tried, nothing seems to be working
i have tried on average 2-3 times every single day since then, and it still not getting to work
and every time i am getting different error codes, and when looking online, the solution do not work for me
i have even tried installing an older rom and doing it from there, but still, just does not get working
i have hard resetted my phone about 20 - 30 times, and on every attempt, it keeps bombing out
have tried with my email adress as a fresh start, even tried with loading the phone from a backup
tried aswell with my wifes email adrees on windows insider, still didnt work

any other work arounds?
or possibility of windows 10 mobile rom released as yet?

that looks like my only options currently
have to just be happy with my current WP8.1

You do know that you have to log in with the Windows Insider app after each install, don't you?

lol, yeah, i do know that, have to install and log in to set the phone up to install
that part is all fine, the issue i get is always after the download starts
most of the time the update downloads fully and prepares to install, some times it give and error that it couldn't not open to file, sometimes it opens the file, the phone restarts, the spinning gears come up and work it's thing, after 15-20 mins the phone then comes on and says the installation was not successful
and then the same process again and again
happening from build 10136
