why windows device recovery tool doesn't scan my phone information?
hello, i tried to roll back from windows 10 preview to windows 8,1 on my lumia 920. I have connected the phone, program found it, then i clicked on the phone and it started scanning, it says it should take few seconds, but after 10 min it's still scanning mine, what should i do?
