Why does only Internet explorer scrolls and zooms smooth on Tablet?

Hey guys

I have a question and I just can?t find any answer in the internet...
Why does only the IE scrolls and zooms smooth on a windows 8.1 tablet? Wether it?s firefox or opera, they aren?t scrolling smooth. Or am I the only one with this problem?

I have a Dell Venue 11 Pro Tablet.

Because it's touch optimized and running as a modern app. So far i don't know other browser running in modern app, maybe Chrome ? Firefox was cancelled :/

No I?m talking about the Desktop Version. With my additional Keyboard plugged in I always use the Desktop Version. But when I use the Touchscreen to scroll or zoom only the Desktop Version of the IE reacts very smooth.
