Why does Windows 8.1 keep taking me back to the login page?

Windows Central Question

Windows 8.1 keeps taking me back to login page!

After I changed my theme on Windows 8.1 I got the please wait sign and the computer restarted. When I try to normally login however I see the welcome sign it goes black then it takes me right back to the login page. Please help.
