Why doesn't Edge show my history

In Microsoft Edge my history does not show. How do I fix this so it shows?

You could try 'clearing all history' (I know it sounds weird considering you have no history) and although this'll get rid of your top sites you will be able to see your internet history when you start to visit sites.
