Why doesn't Lumia 540 screen show anything when calls come in?

My lumia 540 screen is blind.

The phone is on, i can't do anything on it because the screen is blind. when a call comes in, it rings out and is still blind and i can't answer the call.

restart the phone and check again
Did it fall or something?
