Why microsoft doesnt release the products in same day of launch in many countries

IF microsoft released surface in many countries other than us in the same day the Ipad pro would have not outselled surface ,the same goes for lumia too

The Surface Pro 4 wasn't ready 4 months ago. With the latest hardware update, perhaps it finally is. I would argue that those who bought it at launch should get a discount for beta testing.
