Why Lumia 640XL's screen doesn't respond?

I have dropped my phone recently, the screen is perfect but it doesn't respond to my touch. I have searched about this and the result is the screen cable loosen? Do I just need to open up the frame and reconnect the cable? Please help.

Best option is to take it to a customer care center where Nokia or Microsoft can check it. Especially if you have warranty. Or find a professional techie who can help
