No sound... Only for Ringtone? Does it ring, but you can't hear the caller?

Is it all sound from the speaker? Or just call related?

Do you use headphones? Are they "iOS" compatible?

Have you tried a Soft Reset? Hold the Volume Down + Power buttons until the phone vibrates and reboots (about 10 seconds). This clears up a lot of glitches.
