Why doesn't my Nokia 1320 sceen turn on?

my nokia 1320 sceen dont turn on

the phone turns however the screen is black I did not drop nor anything like that was charging and took off charger and no longer turned on ..all I get is a black screen and a little humming noise like if it wants to turn on. what could it be

Do you have a live lock screen?
Yes: Soft reset (volume down and power till vibration.) If the boot logo is not showing, then take it to a Nokia care center.
No: Nokia care center.

Just reboot as described above first and see what happens. Hold down power and volume down buttons together for about 10 seconds until it vibrates.
