Why doesn't my phone ring just vibrate?

My phone wont ring just vibrate

Ive had my lumia 635 for 3 weeks and noticed I noticed Im not getting any calls because its just vibrating. Tried soft reset, adjusting volume andmafe sure call forwarding is off. Headphones work but not
no ringtone sound.

There is a known issue with notifications in 10166. There is a workaround by allocating individual contacts a 'sound'. There are only default tones, and I have failed to get them to work for email etc

There are a few threads on here about it, so have a search and see what pops up
