Why doesn't my touch keyboard on Windows 8.1 Tablet work?

Touch keyboard on Windows 8.1 Tablet doesn't work

The touch keyboard on my Windows Tablet 8.1 stopped working. Can't recovery even reinstall. Keyboard icon on taskbar doesn't work either - the keyboard doesn't appear even If I focus text inputs.

I also tried to update the Tablet, but still doesn't work.
Any solution? Or alternative to the default touch keyboard?

I think CCleaner broke it.. during Registry cleaning.

CCleaner gives you option to "store" the changes. So you could "roll back" did you already try this?

I would never touch any program that claims to be "clean/fix" the registry.....just too dangerous....I do however like ccleaner for cleaning temp files/internet cache as it can clear up way more junk than what normal tools can and all in one click
