Why doesn't my Windows 10 phone turn on properly?

windows 10 phone doesn not turn on properly

hi everyone! i have upgraded my lumia 625 to windows 10 from windows 8.1 and when i turn it on, it vibrates, writes "nokia" on screen and turns off, itrepeats every time i turn my phone on, i tried to hard reset,but it did not work ( or maybe i do it incorrectly), please help me
