Why doesn't Outlook sync on 950 WP10?

Outlook doen't sync on 950 wp10

Outlook app saying "not synced yet". I've gone to the people app and synced my account but no go. Plus the outlook and calender app shuts down very quick once you open them.

Perhaps remove and re-add the email account? And make sure you go into the Store and check all updates are installed.
