Why doesn't the Roxio Game capture software work on my SP3?

Roxio Game Capture Software doesnt work on SP3

I had a dell inspiron N4110 and I would capture and edit gameplay and post on youtube, I just upgraded to a SP3 i7/8gb ram/ 256gb SDD and I get a error message:

"videowave has stopped working"



any help on this? Ive already searched help on roxios website and their forums
