Why doesn't Windows update on Windows 10 work?

why doesn't windows update on windows 10 work?

I'm getting large problems in windows update on win 10.
First I was unable to update other update than microsoft,now I cannot install the last update (KB3093266) for windows 10. I get this error 0x80242006.
I tryed to fix it but I could't and didn't find on the web any solution.
Anybody knows the solution?

Another thig that does't work is the drivers for android phones and for apple tablets.

I am really disappointed from windows 10 and cannot return to win 8 anymore/

I even tryed to reinstall windows 10 but it failes
