Why doesn't Windowsphone.com list my phone?

Windowsphone.com does not list my phone

Nokia LUMIA 635 - Windows 10 TP

When I check DEVICES from the LIVE ACCOUNT, it does list my phone, but all the services such as find my phone are disabled and not working. In windowsphone.com it doesn't list my phone at all.

I was able to use it months ago, but since a hard reset it stopped functioning. Now I had already 3 hard resets (as they suggest to do this to retrieve account), but without succes.

The account I use on the phone is the same as I use on windowsphone.com. On my phone it says it's connected and syncs all the other apps. Only windowsphone.com doesn't do the trick anymore.

Any ideas?

I have a 920 on TP 10080.

Not seeing the phone on windowsphone.com is "normal" if you use TP (i do however not know why).
But under my live account under devices I see the options Find my phone, ring/lock and erase and they are enabled. I just tried Find my phone and Ring and both worked.

But on your phone under settings > Update &security > Find my phone do you see there something "strange"

So for me it works and if it does not work for you it must be a TP bug.
