Why don't all contacts in Device contact folder show up in People or Phone Book?

At least one contact that was in there (phone number) is missing and only the Facebook profile shows up.

In People settings, did you checked the Filter option and put ir to Show All , and checked all apps?

check for app updates and also make sure that your account is syncing okay in settings > accounts
