Why don't I get the automatic keyboard on the touchscreen?

when i start touching the screen there comes no automatic keyboard on the touchscreen

You mean you the keyboard is not showing up when tap on a text box?

Tablet? Phone? Does the touch keyboard never come ? Or only for some apps. What did you already try?
