Why don't I have an option for Connection speed change (stuck with 2G)?

No option for Connection speed change (stuck with 2G)

Last night my Lumia 925 updated to Denim,. after update I can't turn 3G network ON,. option is stuck with "Highest Connection speed 2G",. i'm unable to change it, tried almost everything but null,.
Plz help
