Why don't I have any sound through my headphone on my Lumia 532?

i have no sound only through headphones on lumia 532

i have a brand new lumia 532 and i have no sound, so i can not hear phone ringing. Only hear sound with headphones on.

Remove headphones and then press volume up button and move the slider up
