Re: no Cortana downloaded with Windows 10 for pc
Cortana is available in the USA, UK, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, and China. To enable Cortana you need open settings app, then go to time & language.
1.) Click on region & language and below pick one of the countries that have Cortana available:USA, UK, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, and China.
2.) Then pick language spoken in countries above mentioned, in example: Region is USA and language is English (United States) - you must select that language and click set as default if you have other languages installed.
3.) Go to Privacy in Settings, open Location and turn it to On.
There you go...
