Why don't I have Directx 12 on Windows 10?

why dont i have directx 12 on windows 10

I have an hp laptop with radeon hd 7400m series and intel hd graphics 3000 with the latest drivers installed do these graphics cards support directx12 Product name: HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook PC Product number: B0B81EA#ACQ

radeon hd 7400m series and intel hd graphics 3000 are two different things please share your laptop model number

I think i can anwser for intel hd, i have a HD 4600 and it Will not get DX12

According to specs it has AMD Radeon HD 7470M which does not supports DX 12
