Why don't I have Family Safety to useable after the update?

After Update no Family Safety to useable

Hi there,

first of all, sorry for my bad english. But i have a queston. Why is the Family Safety Function useless with the new update? So in the past it works, but with the new update my Child?s Account switches to an normal Account.
Either if i delete this one an create an new one it still makes an normal account. I can select that it should be a child account but it still makes an normal Account. So the Family Safety function is not avalible.
Can anyone confirm this or know how to fix this?

It's a preview. Wait till the RTM or install it manually from the internet.
