Why don't I have MMS on my Nokia Lumia 635?

We have another few customers with the same phone as yourself having the same issues. It seems like it might be something to do with a Windows update.

I would suggest contacting the phone manufacturer to see if there's a way to resolve the problem with the update. Other than that, you could also use the Viber or Whatsapp service, which means you can send pictures for free.

So is this unlocked phone? Also if its unlocked, is it branded (like from AT&T in US or something diff)? Did you check if your sms & mms settings are good with your carrier?

hi tx for reply, was a vodaphone network when i got it changed it over to 48 months, i got it unlocked, have all the setting right, but there saying its a Windows update problem? regards aileen
