Why don't I see list of apps when swiping right?

When i swipe right i don't see my app listed there but when i open that app in store...it is installed in my phone and when i tap on view it will redirect me to the start screen

How many apps do you have installed? I believe you need around 35 apps before you get the list of apps when swiping right.

Nah.. There's a treshold for the number of apps that's required to show the jump list. It doesn't matter how many apps you have, they all show up in the app list. So the OP seems to have some serious issues there. I suggest the ususal things: 1) soft reset, and if that doesn't resolve the issue, 2) hard reset.
A possible way could be to unpin everything from the start screen. So either you can no longer access any app, since they're still gone from the app list, or you're lucky and they reappear after unpinning them.
