Why has Amazon withdrawn 950XL in UK?

I purchased my Lumia 950XL from Amazon in UK before Christmas. It seemed fine. I see that is now withdrawn from sale because of "problems". What are they?

From what I understand people have complained to Amazon and returned problem handsets due to software problems. It can't be easy to make a universal operating system but this problem is becoming quite an issue now.

I think that the problems with Amazon are more to do with stock levels than problems with the phone itself.
