Why has my Network been deactivated?

Network deactivated

Hi There,

I have a Lumia 640 XL dual sim but I'm facing a problem with the network.
Every while I have to restart my phone although there is a signal, I went to Nokia Care at my city (Alexandria, Egypt) they told me that they reload the software and I have to change my sim cards and that what I did but the problem is still exist.
What shall I do??????

Hi, I am also facing the same problem every now and then. Only work around available as gathered from Microsoft forum is to select 2G network as highest connection and change to 3G when required. It has worked for me and hopefully this issue will be addressed in WM 10 version.
