Why hasn't my windows 10 tp upgraded to the RTM build?

I upgraded to windows 10 technical preview a while ago and I am in the insider program. I have been on build 9926 for ages and I have been waiting for a update/upgrade but my update setting says i'm up to date. Now im still on build 9926 and I want to upgrade to the RTM version of windows 10. Why isn't my windows 10 updating/upgrading??
