Why hasn't the Lumia Black not been released in Mexico?

Lumia Black still not released in Mexico

Telcel, Mexico?s biggest cellphone operator hasn't released Lumia black yet.

I've contacted both Nokia Mexico and Telcel, but none has a clear answer.

Any other countries have the same problem?????

Nokia's support page shows it is available for Telcel devices. http://www.nokia.com/global/support...oftware-update/availability-in-latin-america/

Download official Nokia Tool, and check for updates. http://download.fds-ncom.nokia.com/...covery/NokiaSoftwareRecoveryToolInstaller.exe it's direct link to download for Official Nokia Page. You have to connect your device (Windows 7 / Windows 8 / Windows 8.1 required) and it will find an update for you (if available)

Hmmm...which phone the Nokia update site shows Telcel in Mexico having black available for quite a few phone versions...

I have the Lumia 920, my sister the 1020, my brother the 720 and my dad the 520.... None has received the Black update...

I know, the Nokia Update says that it should be available, but no one can download it (A lot of people is complaining about this on Facebook and twitter).

L520, L620, L720, L820, L920, L925, L1020. It says it is available for these devices (Telcel)

okay then, try with Nokia Software Recovery Tool it's not an update via OTA, but first make a backup of your files because it will erase your phone's memory. It's just likea hard reset. This tool will download an update directly from Nokia servers to your PC, and then it will update your phone. Don't disconnect your device during the process.

I know I can use Nokia Software Recovery Tool , but I have so many phones to update at home that doesn't sound like an option

No idea, in my country it's available since few months As far as I know it's available in whole Europe without any exceptions... Maybe in Africa, Asia or other Latin America country people are expecting similar problems, but it's fine in EU.

Yo actualice un lumia 720 con el software updater, parece que solo asi vas a poder....
(I updated a Lumia 720 with software updater, so it seems this is the only way.)

I have the same problem I just hope Cyan is arround the corner for my 720, taking into account that the 625 and 925 are getting it now.
