Why haven't I got the Windows 10 update?

Hi aim new on hear not very tec sound I have a hp stream 7" tablet and a Toshiba encore 7" tablet was wondering why I have not had the windows 10 update logo yet both devices are running 8.1 and are fully updated with downloads and updates etc ect was hoping someone may help me with this without having to go into depth of tech savey detail thank you

You should have it if you're up to date. It's possible that the one thing you need, IE11, isn't installed. You could try that first.

HOWEVER:

It may be safer to wait. I would expect Microsoft to push an update themselves for the device if it becomes officially supported, perhaps once they've tested to satisfaction on these lower memory and smaller screen devices.

I don't know if the tablets can be upgraded to Win10.... With only 16gb of storage, I don't think that's enough to download and install an upgrade... Clean install, sure, but an upgrade? Doubtful.
