Why i am not able to download on my lumia 535?

[Windows Central Question]

I have bought a new Lumia 535 phone but i am not able to download.It is showing error "ask a parent to go to windowsphone.com/ family on their computer,sign in with their microsoft account and set up my family". I am a adult. Do i need to set up family?
I completed the family setup from other account but still getting same error. Please guide.

Check your day of birth in your MS account if it is correct because MS thinks you are not an adult.
If you are indeed an adult contact MS to sort it out.
