Why i am not getting the call+sms filter option in settings in Microsoft Lumia 532 windows 8.1

I have the Microsoft Lumia 532 having windows version 8.1. There are many spam calls are calling in my number so how can i block them. i didn't got the call+sms filter option in settings . Help me to find Call+sms filter ?
