why I cannot open my Windows phone Lumia 550?

My NOKIA LUMIA 550 ask to restart and update.. now I restart it. after that why I cannot Open it... its just Microsoft Logo after that sad face then Nothing...

Try first a soft reset (hold vol down + power 15 secs then release)
If not working, try the hard reset key sequence for reinstalling last downloaded formware. Search forum for details
