why i cannot see anyone's profile picture in whatsapp

[Windows Central Question]

I am using Lumia 520 till yesterday. Now when i tap on someone's profile photo,it doesn't open and app gets crashed.
is anyone going through same?

None of such behavior on my lumia 520. Have you tried reinstalling the app?
