why I cant accsess internet and create an account on nokia lumia 830?

Hello. I got my phone from a friend. I rebooted it and after that i cant sing in microsoft account, i cant find an internet icon on menu list and on all programm list, even when i recieve sms from windows center with link, I cant open the link too. i have already tried 3x rebooted my phone, but nothing works. I have manually changed the time and date to update mu phone [because it was said to do], but it still appears. and also when i am trying to open e-mail app, it opens and after 1 sec it closes again, i cant sign in.......what has happened?

Best thing is to reset the phone and start from the beginning again. Settings/About/Reset. Make sure you have data off first as it will delete everything.

Exactly what he said? That's Hard Reset (power+vol up). If you've done Soft Reset (power+ vol down) that may not fix your issues
