Why i cant connect my lumia 520 with my laptop???

i am facing a connectivity problem of my lumia 520 with my laptop bearing windows 7.
But when i connected my phone to other laptop it connected easily. This is happening only with my laptop,also i have installed windows phone app for pc.. then also it didnt worked. plzz suggest somethng

Try another USB port.
Use the PC to search for hardware.
Use the PC to search for problems (action center).
Delete the 520 driver from the PC.
Connect the 520 to your PC and switch it off. (it will switch on automatically but maybe than it will connect)

Make an account on WC so we can communicate.

Uninstall everything related to WP and Nokia on your computer. Including going under Device Manager and uninstalling the drivers there. Restart and make sure you're connected to the internet. Attach your phone to the computer in an unlocked state.

The drivers will install, wait as it takes time to install fully. Things should be fine after that.

If not then there's something else wrong.
