Why i can't download anything from my Windows phone?

My phone is Lumia 520. It was running smooth. Suddenly one day i can't download anything from my opera mini browser. I thought it was the browsers problem. So i shifted to uc browser. It was ok. But after a week i can't download anything from uc also. Please help me.

also check that your internet connection is okay, speed is good and that there are no restrictions from the carrier
You can't download from any site? Even images?
