Why I cant install themes on Edge chromium Dev any more?

Hello everyone. I used to install themes on Edge chromium dev by dragging & dropping the crx file into the browser. But after the latest updates, this feature stopped working. Therefore, I switched to the beta channel. Is there any way to install chrome themes on the dev channel or activate the collections feature on the Beta channel? thanks

It may be that MS hasn't fully finished developing the feature, so they took it away, or they removed it before Edge is officially released. I'm running the stable version of Edge Chromium and it only comes with three themes by default (Light, Dark, System Default). So chances are MS are still working on this, most likely.
