why i can't make video calls on skype window phone 10?

after upgrading my windows phone 8.1 to windows 10, video calls not working properly. today i updated my phone from previous os build and now no one can see me on video call. i can't also send video messages. my os build is 1010.14393.576. how can i fix this. its really important for me. thanks in advance.

What are you using to make the calls? With the Anniversary Update, the only Skype app is Skype Preview.
